All Continuing Education classes are open to the public and formal admission to Miami University is NOT required. Some classes have prerequisites. In general, you must be 18 to attend adult classes. Senior computer classes are designed to meet the interests of people 55 and older. Kids-in-College classes will indicate age or grade level.

ONLINE To register online, you must pay by MasterCard or VISA. Select the class(es) you wish to attend, click on "Add to Shopping Cart" and proceed through checkout. PLEASE NOTE: If you are viewing classes using the "All Catalogs" feature and wish to register for both a Miami Hamilton sponsored class and a Miami Middletown sponsored class, you will need to do this as two separate registrations. A given shopping cart may only contain classes from one campus at a time.

BY PHONE To phone in your registration, call 513-895-5887. You may pay with a Purchase Order, MasterCard or VISA.

BY FAX To fax a registration, print out and complete the registration form. Indicate payment with a Purchase Order, MasterCard or VISA. Please fax your registration to 513-727-3301.

BY MAIL Print out the registration form and mail the completed form with a check, purchase order number, MasterCard/VISA number to Corporate & Community Institute, Voice of America Learning Center, 7847 VOA Park Drive, West Chester, OH 45069.

IN-PERSON Print out the registration form, bring completed form with cash, check, purchase order number or MasterCard/Visa to Voice of America Learning Center, 7847 VOA Park Drive, West Chester, OH 45069 or Miami University Middletown, 4200 East University Blvd, Middletown, OH 45042.
Official withdrawals may be made up to three business days prior to the start of class by calling 513-895-8877. A full refund will be issued. In the event you cannot attend, substitutions are always welcome.
We reserve the right to change instructors and postpone or cancel courses due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances. If a class is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
This policy applies unless otherwise stated in the "Important Notice" section of your class details.
Registration is open until the class fills or begins. We encourage you to register early. Some of our popular classes fill quickly . . . well before the class start date. Classes with low enrollments may be cancelled prior to the start of class.
Continuing Education courses are non-credit and, consequently, are not eligible for college credit. However, Continuing Education Units (CEUs), a nationally recognized standard for qualified programs, are awarded for successful completion (includes an attendance requirement) of professional development and computer courses. One unit is awarded for every 10 hours of instruction.
Information on the purchase of required textbooks will be noted in the "Important Notice" section of your registration confirmation.
Free, well-lit parking is available on campus with the issuance of a temporary parking permit. Parking permits will be sent via U. S. mail. If you register too late to receive your parking permit in the mail, you will need to come to the Middletown Corporate & Community Institute location and request a Temporary Parking Permit prior to going to your first class meeting.

We will work with the instructor to reschedule any class session(s) canceled due to weather conditions.
If we cancel a class for any reason, you will be notified and your full payment will be refunded.
Non-credit courses are self-supporting (not subsidized by state dollars), and all class-related expenses are paid from participant registration fees. Courses that do not reach a minimum enrollment are subject to cancellation.
Most Continuing Education classes are held at one of three Corporate & Community Institute locations. However, some classes are held in other locations such as Lakota East/West High School, Fairfield High School, or other Extended University locations. Please note the location and room number on your class confirmation.
